Herzig Eye Institute Ottawa is a well-established, state-of-the-art private eye care centre offering a full spectrum of cataract and refractive procedures, including SMILE, refractive cataract surgery, ICL, and refractive lens exchange. Supported by advanced technology and an experienced clinical and administrative team, the Institute has earned a strong reputation for clinical excellence and maintains a robust regional referral network.
In 2023, the Ottawa centre was awarded an Integrated Community Health Services Centre (ICHSC) license to provide OHIP-insured cataract surgery, further expanding access to high-quality surgical care within the community.
We are seeking a Cataract and Refractive Surgeon to join our growing team, offering the opportunity to build a high-volume, full-scope refractive practice within a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes and continuous innovation.
What You Bring
• Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• FRCSC (or equivalent training)
• Experience in refractive surgery, with interest in building a comprehensive cataract and refractive practice
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
