Information for Exhibitors

It has been brought to our attention that attendees of this conference have been approached by US group wholesalers, offering reduced group rates for the Fairmont Empress Hotel. Please do not book your accommodation through them. They charge very high cancellation and change fees, and the rooms they book do not count toward the group rate, which means that the COS could be liable to the hotel for attrition charges.
