Claiming Credits

The online CPD evaluation for the 2012 meeting closed August 5. However, you may still log in to print a copy of your final CPD certificate. This will be available until January 31, 2013.

If you have not already completed your evaluation and claimed your credits, you may still do so manually. Simply call 800-267-7209 or email COS for your paper credit form.
