Décrire le spectre de la toxicité rétinienne avec une analyse multimodale
Savoir que des changements des niveaux de cytokines intraoculaires ont été rapportés suivant une injection intravitréenne de bevacizumab (IVB) ou une injection intravitréenne de ranibizumab (IVR)
Reconnaître l’importance du rôle de ces cytokines intraoculaires pour améliorer le traitement de ces maladies
Déterminer si l’emplacement de la cicatrice fibrovasculaire sur la tomographie par cohérence optique (TCO) du domaine spectral permet de prédire l’issue de l’acuité visuelle d’un œil après un traitement d’anti-VEGF réussi
