Objectifs
À la fin de la session, les participants pourront :

• Décrire les enjeux auxquels ils font face ainsi que les progrès réalisés en matière d'élimination de la cécité évitable à l'échelle mondiale.
• Exposer les nombreuses pratiques exemplaires et les méthodes efficaces qui contribuent à la prévention de la cécité dans les pays à faible revenu.
• Déterminer les avantages et les pièges éventuels du réseautage entre les services d'ophtalmologie des nations riches et les centres des pays à faible revenu.
