Maintenance of Certification

This event is an accredited group learning activity under Section 1, of the Maintenance of Certification program as defined by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Participants may claim 1 credit for each hour of attendance up to a maximum of 25 credit hours.

• The planning committee requests that you take the time to complete the evaluation booklet provided on-site to help plan future meetings.
• The CPD meeting record card provided with the evaluation booklet at registration for easy tracking of your attendance is also your Certificate of Attendance.

The allied health programs may offer credits from the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO). Please contact your society for information.
