Evaluation is a required component of the RCPSC's MOC program. You will be asked to complete an evaluation for each session you attended in order to claim your CPD credits.

You can claim your CPD credits online. It's simple and easy to use. Evaluation stations are available onsite in the Confederation Foyer of the Ottawa Westin Hotel or online at www.sls2018.ca.

  1. Login with the email address used during registration (if unknown, contact [email protected]).
  2. Enter your Royal College ID number to facilitate credit transfer to your MAINPORT holding area.
  3. Evaluate and claim credit hours for the sessions you attend.
  4. After evaluating each session you attended, download, print or email a copy of your certificate of attendance.

The evaluation site will close on October 22, 2018. Evaluations completed by this date that include your Royal College ID number will be transferred to your MAINPORT holding area by October 30, 2018. Please login to MAINPORT after October 30, 2018 to claim your credits.

Your feedback enables us to better understand your learning needs and plan for future educational opportunities. We appreciate the time you take to complete the evaluation for each session you attend.
