Our room block at the Westin Bayshore Resort & Marina is now sold-out for the night of "Saturday 19 June only". There are still plenty of rooms available for the period June 15th through 18th. If you intend on staying over Saturday night, we have made arrangements for rooms at the Westin Grand Hotel. This is an all-suite hotel just a five minute ride from the Westin Bayshore. The rate is the same as the Westin Bayshore--$199 per night. For your convenience the Society has arranged for a shuttle service to operate during the four days of the meeting.
