Objectives
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe how health policy, specific to ophthalmology, is derived and how this will affect ophthalmology practice in the present and in the future.
  • Identify how to become involved in health policy decisions.
  • Outline how to bill for clinical visits and surgical procedures, describe how billing codes differ across provinces.
