Representatives registrationIn addition to the number of complimentary registrations as outlined in the sponsorship brochure (Gold - 4, Silver - 3, Bronze - 2, Supporter A - 1), sponsors may register up to an equivalent number of representatives at a cost of $500 per person. Please register your representatives by forwarding their names to my attention no later than January 31. Representatives may rotate in and out of sessions. However, at no point in time shall the number of company representatives in attendance exceed the maximum allowable number (Gold - 4, Silver - 3, Bronze - 2, Supporter A - 1). Registration includes a ticket for the Mountaintop dinner on February 14. Please notify us if the representatives are not planning to attend this dinner. Please note that Whistler does not receive courier deliveries on weekend, overnight or holidays. Sponsor displaysThe sponsor display tables (one 6-ft table and two chairs per sponsor) will be set up in the Frontenac A Ballroom, which is located next to the plenary room and will also be used for breaks. Setup is on Thursday, February 13 between 1600 and 1800. Printed material and pop-up displays are permitted (no equipment, please). Please contact me for shipping and custom brokerage information. ShippingDue to legal restrictions, representatives shipping materials from the hotel after the conference must complete all shipping forms. In addition to a waybill, boxes going to the United States will require the following documentation:
