The CMPA will be surveying its members in February 2005 to determine the collective interest of the CMPA membership for a non-CMPA collective malpractice solution for legal actions outside Canada arising from the treatment of non-residents in Canada. When contacted by the CMPA, we encourage you to complete the mail survey and forward your response back to the CMPA. A substantial aggregate response to this survey will encourage the CMPA to proceed further in addressing this important issue.
