Evaluation

Evaluate the sessions you attend at the Sally Letson Symposium and the COS can transfer your CPD credits directly to your MAINPORT holding area. Evaluation stations are available onsite in the Confederation Foyer of the Ottawa Westin Hotel and online at http://www.sls2017.ca

How?

  1. Login with the email address used during registration (if unknown, contact [email protected]).
  2. Evaluate and claim credit hours for the sessions you attend.
  3. After evaluating all of the attended sessions, download, print or email a copy of your Certificate of attendance.
  4. The evaluation site will close on October 23, 2017. Login to MAINPORT after October 30 to claim your credits from your holding area.

Evaluation is a required component the RCPSC's MOC program. Your feedback enables us to better understand your learning needs and plan for future educational opportunities. We appreciate the time you take to complete the evaluation for each session you attend.
