The 2017 CAN-PAT survey is now live!

The purpose of the survey is to measure our member retina specialists' preferences on a wide range of medical, surgical, and socioeconomic topics. We encourage all CRS members to participate in completing the survey in advance of the CRS meeting.

CRS members who complete the survey before Thursday, February 23, 2017 will be automatically entered into a draw for complimentary registration at next year's (2018) Canadian Retina Society Meeting in Mont-Tremblant, QC!

Need Section 2 Credits? The CAN-PAT survey acts as stimulus for developing a Personal Learning Project (PLP) within the MOC Program. With appropriate documentation, you are eligible to claim up to 1 hour of Section 2 credits for your participation. Once you complete the survey, you will be re-directed to a set of reflective questions which can be filled out and retained for your records. We hope that you will join us on Saturday, March 4, 11:25-12:00 for Expanding the dialogue: Results of the CAN-PAT survey. This session will allow you to compare and contrast your practices with those of your colleagues, all while earning Section 1 credits for your attendance.

If you have not yet received a link to the CAN-PAT survey and would like to participate, please contact Maxine Colvey at [email protected].
